- Have sprinkler systems drained to prevent freezing in water line
- Buy a cover for your A/C Unit and protect it from ice and snow

If you burn many wood fires, you need to have a professional chimney sweep done to prevent fires flaring up in the flue from built up creosote. Yearly service on your heating/cooling system is vital to keep it running smoothly. Service may include changing belts, replacing worn parts and cleaning key parts. Avoid losing heat in the dead of winter. Be prepared.
