Flush the Fear is a story about letting go; letting go of fear, anxiety and the negative thoughts that hold us back from being the best version of ourselves. I lived this. I spent 27 years estranged from my mother. She was a woman who lived with pain and anger from a childhood trauma that she would never speak of. It destroyed not only her but our whole family.
I have fought back for years to regain my self-worth after being abandoned by her when I drew a line in the sand on her destructive behavior. After her death in 2019 and the cathartic experience of cleaning out her home, I found the clarity and strength to write this book and share our story.
It is a story that so many can relate to; a story of a fractured family. I share the self-improvement tools I used to heal myself and stand in my truth…I was raised by a narcissistic parent. I am not alone.
But I no longer let that hold me back. You don’t have to either.
Join me as I share the metaphorical tools in my toolbox that will guide you to let it go!
After reading this, you will have the tools to…
- Connect more deeply with the ones you love
- Be more open to life’s opportunities
- Stop measuring yourself against others
- Silence the inner naysayer
- And let go of the “negative crap” that has you stuck
Grab a roll and let’s go,
Beth
